Lamborghini has unveiled its Fast ForWorld platform, developed in partnership with Animoca Brands, featuring interoperable digital supercars for web3 games.
Italian sports car manufacturer Lamborghini, together with NFT investor Animoca Brands, is launching a web3 initiative featuring interoperable digital supercars for gaming, marking Lamborghini’s first blockchain-based initiative.
Called the Fast ForWorld platform, Animoca said in an Oct. 2 blog announcement that it will allow users to “try, play, interact and collect digital collectibles while also being rewarded for their participation.” Set to release on November 7, Fast ForWorld will introduce digital car collections that can be purchased, sold, and used in other games as part of Animoca’s Motorverse.
“These super sports cars will be introduced as interoperable digital assets that can be accessed across multiple gaming platforms from launch, including Torque Drift 2, REVV Racing, Motorverse Hub and Fast ForWorld’s proprietary experience.”

Developed by Gravitaslabs, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, the platform will also include a 3D wallet for users to store and interact with their digital items.
Lamborghini dives deeper into the world of web3
The latest collaboration continues Lamborghini’s research into blockchain-based projects. The luxury automaker has partnered with NFT PRO and INVNT to issue a series of non-fungible tokens showcasing its iconic vehicles in 2022. The “Road Trip NFT” project, which continued until March 2023, included monthly NFT collections connected to different locations, each valid for a limited time.
At the time, Lamborghini’s marketing director, Christian Mastro, described NFTs as “a new, special, unusual proposition” and “a new form of expression for new generations.” Additionally, Lamborghini made headlines when RM Sotheby’s auctioned off the latest Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae Coupé alongside a one-for-one NFT, marking a shift between physical luxury and the world of tokenized assets.
