Bitcoin ETFs see eighth straight day of inflows with $61.3m, Ether ETFs face modest outflows

Spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds saw inflows for an eighth consecutive day on September 30, while spot Ether ETFs experienced outflows after a day of positive flows.

According to SoSoValue data, 12-point Bitcoin ETFs continued their streak of positive flows for an eighth consecutive day, recording net inflows of $61.3 million, bringing approximately $1.42 billion into the funds.

BlackRock’s IBIT led the way with $72.15 million in inflows, continuing its inflow streak for the sixth consecutive day. The ETF has seen total net inflows of over 24.14 billion since its launch. FIdelity’s FBTC earned $8.32 million.

ARK and 21Shares’ ARKB saw outflows of $9.5 million on Monday, following a positive trading day that brought in $203.07 million for its fund. Bitwise’s BITB saw $9.67 million exit its fund.

Grayscale’s GBTC did not record any inflows on Monday, following the $26.15 million inflow seen on the previous trading day. The remaining seven spot Bitcoin ETFs likewise reported zero flows.

Total trading volume across the 12 BTC ETFs dropped significantly on September 30, dropping to $1.37 billion from the previous day’s levels. Since launch, these funds have recorded cumulative total net inflows of $18.86 billion. Bitcoin (BTC) is trading at $63,899 at press time, down 1.1% over the past day.

Ether ETFs post small outflows

Meanwhile, seven spot Ethereum ETFs in the US recorded net outflows of $822,290 on September 30, following inflows of $58.65 million on the previous trading day.

Grayscale’s ETHE continued to experience an outflow, losing $11.81 million. But BlackRock’s ETHA recouped the bulk of those losses by attracting net inflows of $10.99 million, marking its fifth consecutive day of inflows.

The remaining seven spot ETH ETFs remained neutral throughout the day.

The trading volume of these investment instruments also experienced a decline, falling from $249 million the previous day to $149.14 million on September 30. Spot Ether ETFs have experienced a total net outflow of $523.79 million since launch day. At the time of publication, Ethereum (ETH) was changing hands at $2,644.
