Lumoz Updates: Ensuring Fair Valuation and Equal Opportunity

Lumoz received a lot of questions and offers from VCs and partners. They provided valuable feedback on Lumoz’s node sales. In light of this, it decided to listen to these views and make minor changes to the previous rules.

Reasons and Purposes of Changes

The changes made to the Lumoz node sales structure are due to several basic purposes:

Provide a Reasonable Valuation:The adjustments are aimed at keeping Lumoz’s valuation within a reasonable range and preventing it from becoming too inflated.
Increasing Potential Returns for Casual Users:The changes are designed to allow regular users to gain higher potential rewards.
Equal Early Participation Opportunities:Ensuring that everyone, including personal users, can join early.

Adjusted Node Sales Structure:

Total Number of Nodes:By reducing it from 200K to 100K, the benefit of each node has been increased by 100%.
Stages:Final Tier 10 cost reduced from 50 to 10, not to exceed $290 million.
First Come, First Served: Sales will continue on a first-come, first-served basis until all nodes are sold.

Pre-Sale:It will start on June 17 at 15:00 (UTC+8).
Whitelist Sale:It starts on June 25 at 15:00 (UTC+8).
General Sales: Opens on July 3 at 15:00 (UTC+8).

Deposit Requirement: Users are required to pay a 20% deposit to lock the current node tier and this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid before the public sale on July 3, otherwise the node will be lost and moved to the public sale.

Whitelist Sale:

Suitability: Only users with a white list can participate.
Period: It follows pre-sale on a first-come, first-served basis, starting from the current tier.
Public Sale:
accessibility: Open to all global community users until all nodes are sold.

Node Licenses Details:

Testnet Node Licenses:Successful node buyers will first receive node licenses as NFTs on the Sepolia testnet and will be allowed to participate in Lumoz’s points activities.
Mainnet Node Licenses: Once the Lumoz mainnet is launched, node licenses will be issued on the mainnet. Owners can run nodes themselves for rewards or delegate them to official or third-party node providers.
Transferability:Mainnet node licenses can be exchanged or transferred after six months.

Refund Policy:

We have created a refund system to guarantee the rights of global community users:
Refund Window: It opens six months after TGE. The duration of the window will be determined.
Refund Terms:If dissatisfied, users can request a refund, get 80% of the first payment back, and all tokens and NFTs generated must be refunded.

Lumoz Point Event : In the event that will last for 40 days starting from June 25, 40 million Lumoz points will be distributed and successful node buyers will be given 1 million points every day. These points can be exchanged for Lumoz Mainnet tokens after launch.
