SuiHub launches startup accelerator program with $200k funding

SuiHub has launched its Global Accelerator Program, dedicated to supporting pre-tokenized projects with Sui Solution technical support and up to $200,000 in funding per team.

Run in partnership with Brinc, CoinList and Ghaf Group, SuiHub’s accelerator program will run for 12 weeks and provide strategic funding, technical guidance and networking opportunities for startups and developers building on the blockchain.

Each selected team will be given access to Sui resources, including the Sui Solutions Engineering team for technical support and joint development to optimize the product’s potential. Teams will also receive $200,000 per team through a milestone-based funding model.

Applications for the SuiHub Accelerator Program are open until December 20, 2024. According to the platform’s press release, it is looking for projects with a Minimum Viable Product that is pre-token launch and compatible with the Sui(SUI) blockchain. It has real world applicability.

Teams can submit their applications through the official SuiHub application portal. Participants will be selected based on their project foundations, team capabilities, compatibility with the Sui ecosystem and their interest.

SuiHub CEO Kristof Lukovich said the startup will combine strengths in the Sui ecosystem and receive mentorship from industry leaders to help grow projects with real-world use potential and launch the next generation of Sui blockchain applications.

“By supporting founders building real-world applications, we believe we are actively contributing to Sui’s mission to engage the next billion users in Web3,” Lukovich said.

Jameel Khalfan, Head of Ecosystem Development at Sui Foundation, stated that SuiHub’s accelerator program aims to empower developers and entrepreneurs to create solutions that leverage Sui’s platform.

“The launch of the SuiHub Global Accelerator Program marks a major breakthrough in strengthening innovation in the Sui ecosystem,” Khalfan said.

SuiHub is a joint venture by Sui and Ghaf Group focused on being a creation hub for Sui builders in the Middle East and North Africa region. SuiHub aims to enable the growth of sustainable applications on the Sui blockchain through various support mechanisms and community engagement.
