The organizer of the Bitcoin Conference will be taking the stage at presumptive Republican US presidential candidate Donald Trump’s upcoming conference in Nashville, Tennessee later this month.
A spokesperson for the conference revealed to CoinDesk that former president Trump will take the stage at 2:00 PM CT on the final day of the conference, which will run from July 25-27.
Trump has been quite involved with bitcoin and the crypto market since announcing that he would do more to help the industry at an NFT gala this spring. Since then, Trump has added pro-bitcoin policies to his campaign, creating a strong contrast with the Biden administration.
Trump’s upcoming speech is set to further assert his pro-crypto image, despite his previous skepticism of the technology during his first administration. The former president is also expected to attend the annual bitcoin rally.
