Weekly NFT sales rise to $85.9m, Ethereum network leads the pack

The non-fungible token market has experienced a 10.10% increase in sales volume over the past seven days.

Current data from Cryptoslam shows that NFT sales volume has increased over the past seven days, reaching $85.97 million.

The numbers are higher compared to weekly NFT sales in the last two weeks of September.

In addition to the increase in NFT sales volume, there was also a 21.73% increase in NFT buyers. According to the latest data, NFT buyers rose to 794,763, while NFT sellers fell by more than half to 377,711.

Supporting the increase in NFT sales volume, NFT transactions increased by over 64.72% to 1,2956,201 in the last seven days. We’ll take an in-depth look at the networks that generated the most sales during this time.

According to Cryptoslam data, Ethereum (ETH) ranked first with NFT sales volume of $ 27.48 million.

However, $3.3 million of sales came from the wash trade. The number of Ethereum NFT buyers increased by 12.49% to 55,859.

Bitcoin (BTC) ranks second on the list with $12.62 million in total sales. However, there has been a 40 percent decrease in sales in the last seven days.

Solana (SOL) ranks third with sales of $11.8 million. Mythos Chain (MYTH), Polygon (POL) and Binance Coin (BNB) ranked next with sales of $11.8 million, $10.6 million and $3.35 million, respectively.

Bitcoin and Solana formed $887,810 and $701,810 in wash trade. The highest number of buyers were recorded in Solana with 393,044.

DMarket records highest selling NFT Collection Ranking by Sales Volume (CryptoSlam)

DMarket is the NFT collectible that recorded the highest sale in the last seven days. Sales totaled $11.29 million across more than 396,801 transactions.

Guild of Guardians came in second with $3.19 million in sales across over 5,389 transactions. The third on the list is Ethereum-based CryptoPunks. CryptoPunks recorded a sales volume of $2.89 million during this period.
